Many years of drafting and assessing research reports taught me to look critically to the representation and interpretation of data, the conclusions and the advice given. Often, the craftsmanship and expertise of the authors are beyond doubt. Sometimes, further substantiations or explanations need to be added, to result in a clear and consistent report or an appropriate advice. When applicable, I am asked to provide a second opinion, to give my opinion on a report, advise or proposed plan of action for research.
